1. Date of your show

 

2. Division of competition (Figure/Bikini/Physique/Bodybuilding)

 

3. Your Measurements including ALL of the following:

• Height

• Weight

• Bra size

• Glute measurement around the largest circumference of your glutes

• If you have measurements from a previous contest, they are certainly helpful

 

3. A phone number where you may be reached

 

4. Colors you may be considering and any design ideas you may have

 

5. Your budget.
